How to Register Go to Mail-in Form |
1. Sign Our Daily Log. If you have visited our Center within the past 12 months and signed our daily patron log with name, address and phone, you are already registered.
2. Get the Mail-Order Address. For security to our volunteer staff, the address for these mail-in orders is not published on-line but is available upon your first visit to the center.
If your name is in our daily patron log, you may request the address by phone. Please supply at least an approximate date of your last visit that we may check our records.
There is an answering machine to take messages during off-duty hours.
